Dumplings are considered to be just about anything that’s a bite-sized dough pocket stuffed with a delicious filling. Potstickers, wontons, and gyoza are the most common. They often take different shapes, are made in specific wrappers, and have unique preparations. What makes these pork and veggie potstickers “potstickers” is that they’re fried in a shallow pan to create the delicious, crispy, and caramelized bottom while the top and inside remains soft and lightly cooked.

What type of dipping sauce do you recommend?
Mm, lots of different ones would be delicious! Maybe a chili sauce or peanut sauce with them 😛
Is there any chance to find out nutrition values on any of these recipes? I have congestive heart failure and HAVE TO stop excess sodium in my diet of less than 1800mgs a day with a lower intake of fluids.
Direct me somewhere? If like you try this if you can help

Yum! Do you have any recipes to make the dumpling wrapper from scratch? #pandemiclife
Not right now but that’s a great recipe idea that we’ll definitely consider sharing soon 💚
Made these with kids to introduce the upcoming Lunar New Year festivities. Wow, they were delicious! We even used ground turkey (instead of pork) and vegan wonton wrappers (instead of actual dumpling wrappers) and they were still delicious. I highly recommend this recipe and will definitely make it again. Thanks so much for sending us the idea.
Happy Lunar New Years to you! So glad you were able to try and love this recipe so much!
can you freeze these? Does and airfryer work with these? They look delish!
If you’re going to cook them using an airfryer, we’d definitely recommend freezing them ahead of time and then placing the frozen potstickers in the air fryer basket and spraying with olive oil spray. 🙌
