Made these last night, although we used beer to caramelize the onions since we do not have any cola in the house due to the high sugar content. Came out great! I would suggest adding more cheese slices to the sauce to make it less watery. Great idea Imperfect! We added cherry peppers to the sandwiches to give them some heat and next time will saute some mushrooms in too!
