This Artichoke and Chickpea Dip with Dukkah is a flavorful and healthy riff on two classics– hummus and artichoke dip. I love adding depth to the dip by using garlic scapes and the entire scallion. I kept it true to its Middle Eastern flavor profile by pairing it with Dukkah- an Egyptian spice blend made up of chopped nuts, seeds, and spice– but in a pinch, store-bought Za’atar would be delicious as well. Serve with sliced radishes and your choice of crackers for a delicious snack!
